Tour Highlights :Delhi Delhi, also known as New Delhi, lies in the northern part of India. It is the capital of India. Some of the major attractions of this city are Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, India Gate, President House, Humayun Tomb & Qutub Minar Optional Sound & Light Show at Red Fort with dinner at Chor Bizarre.
Agra Situated on the west bank of river the Yamuna, Agra is the city of tombs and memorials. Some of the major attractions of this city are Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Sikandara
Fatehpur Sikri The Mughal Emperor Akbar built the red sandstone city of Fatehpur Sikri in AD 1564. Some of the major attractions of this city are the marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisthi, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Jodha Bai's Palace and Birbal Bhavan.
Jaipur The city of Jaipur is capital of Rajasthan, famous for its colorful culture, forts, palaces, and lakes. Also known as Pink City due to the Pink stones used in the construction of the houses in Jaipur. Some of the major attractions of this city are Elephant ride to Amber Fort Palace , City Palace, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) & Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Cultural evening at Chokhi Dhani (Optional)
Jodhpur Jodhpur is the second largest city of Rajasthan. Jodhpur is famous for its magnificent forts and palaces. It is situated at the edge of the Thar Desert with Jaisalmer on its west, Barmar, Jalor and Pali on its south, Bikaner on its north, and Nagaur on the eastern side. Some of the major attractions of this city are Mehrangarh Fort & Jaswant Thada
Ranakpur Ranakpur in Rajasthan is one of the five most important pilgrimage sites of Jainism. Ranakpur is tucked away in a remote valley in the Aravali range in Pali district and boasts of one of the largest and most important Jain Temples in the country. Udaipur The city of Udaipur is located in the Aravalli ranges of the royal state of Rajasthan and is also known as the jewel of Mewar. Also known as the City of Dawn, Udaipur is surrounded by ancient mountains and set on the edge of three lakes. It is a beautiful old city with narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces and temples meandering through it. Some of the major attractions of this city are City Palace, Sahelion Ki Bari, Lok Kala Museum & Boat Ride at Lake Pichola
Detailed Itinerary :Day 01: Arrival Delhi
Arrive New Delhi International Airport by flight. Meet our representative at exit gate & get transferred to pre- booked Hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Delhi is a bustling metropolis, which successfully combines in its folds the ancient with modern. Its strategic location was the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. In fact, more mythological cities are believed to be here, like the city of Indraprastha from the Hindu epic Mahabharata, founded around 5000 BC. Numerous monuments were built over several centuries by different rulers like Qutub-ud-din Aibek, Alauddin Khilji, Tughlaks, Humayun & Shah Jahan, who built the Walled City Shah Jahanabad. Later in first half of 20th century much of New Delhi was planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens, who laid out a grandiose central administrative area as a testament to British rule in India. The division in walled city & New Delhi also marks the division in life styles. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
Full day sightseeing tour
Today we take a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad, Visiting the great Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest & best known mosque in India. Later we walk down or take a rickshaw ride through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort, built in the year 1648 by Shah Jehan.
In New Delhi, we visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House & served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India. We will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Qutub Minar & its monuments are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 03: Delhi – Agra (By surface/ 4 Hours drive)
Morning after breakfast proceed towards Agra. Agra - beautifully situated on the banks of river Yamuna. It achieved prominence as the capital of the Mughal Emperors from the year 1526 to 1628, remains major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era monuments, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri, all three are UNESCO World Heritage sites. Upon arrival check in to hotel & relax for a while.
Afternoon proceed for the sightseeing tour of Agra visiting Agra Fort, designed and built by Akbar in 1565 A.D., built with barricaded wall of red sand stone; it houses the beautiful Pearl Mosque and numerous palaces including the Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Macchhi Bhawan, Nagina Masjid, Meena Bazar, Moti Masjid, Sheesh Mahal, Musamman Burj where from Taj Mahal is visible in all its beauty from one side of the fort. Rest of day is free for Shopping in local market of Agra. Overnight stay in Agra. Evening visit one of most beautiful among the seven wonders of the world: Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal, the architectural modern day wonder of the world; this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. Later return to hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 04: Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (By Surface/6 Hours drive)
Morning after breakfast drive towards Fatehpur Sikri, (37 kms from Agra), Old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty –Fatehpur Sikri built in red sandstone in honor of Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Afternoon proceed towards Jaipur. Jaipur - popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. It remains the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors. On arrival transfer to hotel.
Optional - Chokhi Dhani
An evening excursion to Chokhi Dhani complex, ethnic village resort located at a distance of 15 km from Jaipur. Rajasthani village atmosphere is recreated on the sprawling ground & includes the entertainment by folk dancers & musicians. Later drive back to hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur
Morning after breakfast explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amer Fort, situated just outside the city, enjoy the experience of elephant ride to reach the fort. Enjoy photography in front of Hawa mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. Also enjoy photography in front of Jalmahal - a water palace. Visit City Palace situated in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. Evening transfer to hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur – Jodhpur (By road – 6 Hrs drive)
Today we drive to Jodhpur, bustling desert city is the second largest city in Rajasthan & has landscape dominated by the massive Mehrangarh Fort topping a sheer rocky ridge.
Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, founded the city in the year 1459 & it is named after him. It was formerly the seat of a Princely state, also known as Marwar.
Afternoon city tour of Jodhpur visiting Mehrangarh Fort - Mehrangarh Fort is the famous fort in Jodhpur and it is one of the largest forts in India. You need to cross the seven gates to reach the fort. Each gate has the history of the battles fought in the past era. To the left of Mehrangarh fort is the Jaswant Thada. This is a white marble memorial, the complex sculpted with marble sheets. The Jaswant Thada was built in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh by his son Maharaja Sardar Singh. You would enjoy the visit while going through the rocky hill to visit the Thada. On the way you would see the cremation grounds of the rulers of Jodhpur which is constructed in a traditional way.

Day 07: Jodhpur – Udaipur (By road – 7 Hrs drive)
Later we drive to Udaipur, was founded in the year 1568 by Maharana Udai Singh after his final unsuccessful attempt to defend the Mewar capital, Chittorgarh from the invading Mughals under Emperor Akbar. The Kingdom of Mewar was considered the most respectable among all Princely states in Rajasthan & still remembered for the courage to protect the Kingdom. The site for Udaipur was chosen for its natural beauty, abundant water & natural protection afforded by the surrounding forests & Aravali mountains. It is set on the edge of three lakes & also known as the "City of Lakes & Palaces". Undoubtedly one of the most romantic cities in India, its beautiful Palaces are mirrored in the calm waters of Lake Pichola & the city is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces & temples.
En route Ranakpur
En route we will visit Ranakpur, renowned for some marvellously carved Jain temples in marble, created in the 15th century AD during the reign of Rana Kumbha.
Day 08: Udaipur
Today we visit the City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings contributed by various Maharanas (Kings) after Udai Singh & built in the year 1725. The magnificence of the Palace starts right from its entrance at the northern Tripolia Gate that brings us to the central courtyard, the best place to view the facade of filigreed balconies & ornate cupola-topped towers. Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter & the Ladies of the Queen's court. He built the garden with several fountains, pools & is decorated with chiselled pavilions & elephants. The fountains worked on the unique hydraulic technique devised in the year 1700 AD & work till today.
Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, is the largest & the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images. We also enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats & embankments. The Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) & Jag Mandir, the two island palaces on the lake look like pearls in the lake.

Day 09: Udaipur – Delhi
In time transfer to Udaipur airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Delhi – Departure
