Tour Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at New Delhi International airport, our representative is present to welcome you and accompany you till the hotel. He will assist you to check-in at the hotel which is pre-booked for you. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi
Today morning after breakfast you can proceed for Sightseeing  of New Delhi. Visit the glamorous monuments which were the memories of those days when once India was one of the best gem of the Birtish empire.  Visit the tallest Minar i.e Qutub Minar, large government  constructions, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Red Fort, The Rastrapathi Bhawan and Humayun’s tomb.  Overnight stay at hotel in New Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi - Agra
Today morning after breakfast start your day with a drive to Agra. Drive to Agra  is approximately 4 hours drive. Enroute visit Sikandra – Tomb of the Mughal Emperor Akbar. Upon arrival in Agra checkin into the pre booked hotel. Evening you can visit the Local markets of Agra. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 04: Agra – Varanasi
Morning after breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Agra. Visit the historic fort of Agra - Agra fort which was constructed with red sand- stone.  The fort  is located on the right bank of the river Yamuna. This fort was constructed by the third Mughal emperor Akbar.  Sheesh Mahal, Diwani-i-Am, Diwan-i-Khas are some of the excellent constructions of this fort.  Sheesh Mahal is the Glass Palace, which was used as royal dressing room, the walls are decorated with tiny mirror.  Diwani-i-Am  is ( Public Audience Hall) where the King used to  communicate with the public andofficials.  The King used to listen to all the petitions and communicate with others sitting on the gems stoned Peacock Throne. Diwan-I Khas is (Hall of Private Audience) . Later visit Taj Mahal which is one of the seven wonders of the world.  Taj Mahal is the tomb of the emperor’s wife, Mumtaz Mahal.  20,000 labour worked to construct this monument.  Taj Mahal was constructed in the memory of Shah Jahan’s beloved wife Mumtaz. It is decorated with precious stones and constructed with white marble. This hall was used to meet the Kings and  dignitaries. Agra has a very rich heritage of handicrafts market, you can have a look at the same in the evening.
In the evening, we shall board air-conditioned sleeper train to Varanasi. Overnight stay in train.

Day 05: Varanasi
Morning arrive Varanasi railway station. Transfer from railway station and check in to our pre-booked hotel. After some relaxation proceed to visit Sarnath – the holy place where Lord Buddha’s first sermon was delivered. There, you shall see the remains of Buddha and a temple as well. Witness aarti at river ganges in evening. Stay overnight at the hotel in Varanasi.

Day 06: Varanasi – Bodhgaya
Today morning after breakfast proceed for guided tour of Varanasi including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Gyanvapi Mosque, Dasaswamedh Ghat, Benaras Hindu University and other important monuments. Afternoon travel by road to Bodhgaya and check in to our pre-booked hotel. Bodhgaya is one of the most famous Buddhist site as it is the place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment, and where Buddhists reside. Later visit the Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata Village and Niranjana River. Stay overnight at the hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 07: Bodhgaya - Ragjir - Nalanda - Patna 
Today morning after breakfast, we shall drive to Patna. En-route we shall visit Nalanda and Rajgir. Rajgir was the capital of the Magadh kingdom, during the time of Buddha. It is surrounded by river Banganga and five hills. Nalanda is one of the first ancient universities of India. After arrival in Patna, we check in to our pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Patna - Vaishali - Kushinagar 
Today morning after breakfast, we travel to Kushinagar, where Lord Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana. Here you shall also see the ruins of Mukutbandhan Stupa. While traveling to Vaishali you shall also spot a reclining Buddha statue. After arrival at Kushinagar, check in to our pre-booked hotel. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 09: Kushinagar- Lumbini 
Today morning after breakfast, you shall see the Mahaparinirvana Temple and stupas. Next, you shall drive to Lumbini and check in to our pre-booked hotel. This town is the birthplace of Lord Buddha. In the evening, we shall go on a sightseeing tour of the town of Lumbini. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Lumbini - Sravasti 
Today morning, post breakfast, we shall commence driving to Sravasti. Sravasti was the capital of Kosala, an ancient kingdom that gave shelter to Buddha during 24 rainy seasons. It is believed that Lord Buddha performed some extraordinary miracles in this place. Here, we shall visit Jetvan and Saheth-Maheth. Stay overnight in Sravasti at our pre-booked hotel.

Day 11: Sravasti - Lucknow – Delhi
Post breakfast, in the morning, we shall commence driving to Lucknow. From Lucknow airport board the flight towards Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 12: Delhi – Dharamshala

Today morning after breakfast drive towards Dharamshala. Upon arrival checkin at the hotel for overnight stay. Stay overnight in Dharamshala.

Day 13: Dharamshala
Morning after breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Dharamshala. Visit Namgyal Monastery by the third Dalai Lama in the year 1575. With the lush pine forests it offers the natural beauty for this place. Tibetan Handicraft Centre. Later visit The Dal Lake which is one of the most famous lake in India and it is situated at 1775 m above the sea level. This lake is encircled by deep green Deodar forests. The Bhaguse Falls are situated at the distance of 2 km from the city. The waterfall is small but very beautiful. The St. John Church has themost beautiful Belgain stained-glass windows of  the19th Century. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 14: Dharamshala – Delhi
Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 15: Departure from Delhi
Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi airport to board the flight for journey back to home.
